TROX Auranor wins the award as most courageous company of the year!

Friday 20. November TROX Auranor accepted the award; «Næringsmot 2020». “Næringsmot" can be translated as Business courage. Managing Director, Peter Sønderskov, accepted the award at a digital conference in Hadeland.

About this year's winner, the jury says:

This is a company that is well rooted in Hadeland and has existed for almost 50 years. Throughout its history, the winner has been innovative and brave within its field. The winner has shown great courage by constantly investing in its own business - with the result that today they are one of Hadeland's largest workplaces. The many employees in the company are considered to be very skilled in their field. The winner is able to bring home the victory in bidding rounds that are both demanding and tough, and the turnover has constantly grown. The winner is considered by professionals within the industry as an exemplary player.

The winner is a leading example of quality and delivery efficiency. They are also a particularly good ambassador for Hadeland.

The winner is an exceptionally good example of business courage. Business courage is all about having a clear goal and daring to invest, and this company is a statutory example of what is possible if you have the courage.

This year's winner of “Næringsmot" at Hadeland meets all three criteria in the award's statutes:

• The winner is very well rooted locally, at the same time as they are also a national and international player.

• The winner contributes to a positive and courageous business culture by constantly investing in their own operation and development. The latest investment is impressive ¬– with over 300 million Norwegian kroner invested in a completely new factory. At a time when it is normal to take industrial production out of the country to low-cost countries, this year's winner chooses to invest in a new factory here on Hadeland. In this way, the company contributes to strengthening employment in our region, and at the same time takes care of skilled employees and important cutting-edge expertise.

• The winner is a very good workplace, and currently has 170 permanent employees.

In 2019, the winner had a turnover of MNOK 317. They are the market leader and have a market position with a 40% market share in Norway.

However, the best stamp of quality comes from its own areas of expertise; from the actual competence the company possesses. The company is simply regarded as one of the country's absolute best in its field.
